We are a company applying to be your School ICT Supervisor. We already work on campus at Weston Montessori, Excellent Montessori, Honeycomb Academy and Shalom International School — onsite and as a virtual assistant.

Full service range

What we will run if we are vetted and appointed.

Onsite engineers plus a virtual assistant desk. Teachers get help during the lesson. Leadership gets evidence after the lesson.

Teacher coding

Scratch, Python, HTML/CSS and classroom coding clubs. We train teachers first, then stay in the lab until the lesson actually runs.

Robotics

Kits, club timetable, competition prep (including Sparkathon), storage, charging and spare-parts so robotics is not a cupboard of dead toys.

Tech support

One visible ticket queue. Projectors, printers, Wi-Fi, logins, smartboards. Acknowledge, triage, fix or escalate. Root causes, not corridor promises.

CCTV management

Camera health, storage, user access, footage request log. Leadership and security own policy. We keep the system up, backed up and auditable.

Result portal management

Exam portals, teacher entry, parent view, backup before result day, and a restore test so a crash does not wipe the term.

Onsite + virtual assistant

A person on the ground for labs, cabling and emergencies. A virtual desk for passwords, remote checks, after-hours advice and holiday cover.

How support arrives

On the compound, and on the line.

  • Onsite: scheduled campus days, exam-week cover, new-device rollout, CCTV and lab repairs.
  • Virtual assistant: WhatsApp / email / remote session for staff logins, portal checks, printer queues and “the Wi-Fi died” triage.
  • Priority: safety and exams first, then whole-school outages, then single-classroom, then requests.

ICT Supervisor qualification

Vet the company against the role. Then appoint us.

The School ICT Supervisor framework (August 2026) measures success by learning continuity, dependable service, visible risk, safeguarding controls and evidence — not by how many cables one person can hold. If we pass your vetting, we qualify for the role as an organised function.
